About
Where it all began
A big part of my journey began in the midst of the infamous 2008 recession, where I lost my recruitment business and faced significant challenges. Challenges such as being in over £80,000 worth of personal debt. Yikes! I had no plan, no job, I was scared and ill. I started with very little, however, what I did have was a good book and unyielding determination.
Over the years I've turned my fortunes around to build a multi-million-pound property portfolio. But that didn't just happen because of pure luck!
Mission
Beyond property, my mission is to show that anything is achievable. From overcoming £80,000 of debt to becoming a property investor and trainer, my story is both motivational and educational. I focus on bringing engaging presence, seasoned expertise, and actionable advice to every platform I’m on.
One of my many hats I wear and the one that is most important to me is to be a mother to my four boys, two of which are fluffy! They are my why for everything I do.
Today
I started in property in 1998. Since then I've built a multi-million-pound portfolio across residential and commercial, including converting listed buildings into boutique hotels.
I've trained over 150,000 people globally and shared stages with Robert & Kim Kiyosaki and Richard Branson.
Today I run Archibald Advisory — AI, business and property consultancy — and Fire Check Scotland, delivering fire risk assessments for commercial and residential landlords. I also host "This Property Life" podcast, and I'm a property investor, trainer, and hotelier.
